We provide you no questions asked return policy so you can contact us and return the product within 4 days from the date of delivery for any reason.However, for the missing product you have report it to us within 24 hours.

To return or replace a product you can contact us from our contact section and our customer care executives are always there to help you.

However,the return shipping cost is to be brone by the customer and will be debited from the refund amount.

Whereas, if the following points are not fullfilled, dhakad's won't be able to provide you a successful refund from our side.

1) Any product that has been washed.

2) Any product not in its original condition.

3) Any product that is returned without its original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and dhakad's label.

4) Any product without a valid label and/or serial number of the product including but not limited to products with missing or altered, tampered, damaged, or scratches, or any kind of physical damaged seen by naked eyes.

5) If customer denies to accept the pacakge upon shipment or after being delivered then dhakad's will not be responsible for any kind of return, refund or replacement.

If the product is damaged/broken, a new replacement only for that product will be offered and not the other products included in that order perhaps the complaint should be resitered with us within 24 hours from the date of delivery. If we are not able fulfill your replacement request, however, we would refund the amount within four working days.
